While we strive to ensure accuracy of product information, ShopNServe does not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or availability will always be error-free.

Payments made on the platform are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. ShopNServe does not store sensitive payment information. Orders once confirmed may not be cancelled or returned except as permitted under applicable laws or in cases of damaged, incorrect, or expired medicines delivered.

Users agree not to misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activities, upload false prescriptions, or violate any applicable laws. Any such misuse may result in suspension or termination of access to ShopNServe services without prior notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
