Refund Policy
ShopNServe Care Point Private Limited (“ShopNServe”, “we”, “our” or “us”) aims to ensure customer satisfaction while strictly adhering to applicable laws governing the sale of medicines. Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, returns and refunds are permitted only under specific circumstances as outlined below.
Medicines once sold and delivered are generally non-returnable and non-refundable. However, ShopNServe may accept returns or issue refunds in cases where the customer receives expired medicines, damaged products, incorrect items, or medicines that do not match the prescription or order placed. Any such issue must be reported to ShopNServe within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment or as store credit, at ShopNServe’s discretion, within a reasonable time period after verification. No refunds shall be issued for delays caused due to factors beyond ShopNServe’s control, including but not limited to customer unavailability, incorrect address provided, or force majeure events.
Orders cancelled after confirmation or refusal to accept delivery without valid reason may not be eligible for a refund. Prescription-based orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed by the pharmacy. ShopNServe reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
